A Protest was carried out on 21st July at Ankleshwar Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited by Sharif Kanuga Deputy Leader of Opposition Ankleshwar Municipality for electricity bill’s Of Household as well As Commercial Shops in Ankleshwar.
One Shop owner who had started his Shop after lock down on 3rd July was just having 1 LED light and 2 fans but his electricity bill generated by DGVCL turned out to be 40,093!
A Memorandum was submitted to Executive Engineer asking for relief to common people in electricity bill’s.
While submitting the memorandum Sharif Kanuga said people can’t understand the electricity bill’s amount. It seems that Gujarat Electricity Board has become mad and has in turn lost the faith of the people.
